Adidas has Reinvented the Sneakers and it’s Cleaning the Planet

This is Adidas’ lattest creation. It has been hidden for about 4 years in which Adidas’ computer and sports scientists have secretly been working on robotics and softwares to be able to create the shoe’s upper in this amazing innovative way.

They called it “Futurecraft.Strung“, this method is a way to create the top part of (mainly running) shoes by bending strings in various angles, leaving, sometimes, visible gaps. Though, there is no stitching, no glue, no eyelets or any other components after the strings are layed. This makes the whole process a close to zero-waste.

All this in addition to all the plastic materials used in the making of these shoes beeing from “ocean recycled plastic”.
