If you were a kid in the 80’s you have probably seen one of these. And even if you weren’t, you might have heard or even know what this is, if you don’t, prepare to fall in love.
The Sinclair ZX Spectrum was of the most characteristic and influencial 8-bit personal computer ever. Created and released in the early 1980 by Sinclair Research, its simple design and portability made a blast in the Sinclair linage of computers. The new color support made it attractive for the early gamers, you just had to connect it to a TV and enjoy it’s improved graphics quality and speed. Eventualy it was surpassed by more modern and better computers. But it’s back by the name ‘ZX Spectrum Next‘, and it’s great!
You can get one by the kickstarter crowdfunding initiative ‘The ZX Spectrum Next Issue 2‘. An improved follow up to the original Kickstarter campaign launched in 2017 which successfully delivered thousands of ‘Nexts’ around the world.
